TOPIC: THE GIRL THAT PAUL STOPPED!

I was in a particular city some years ago and as I was passing through a street, I saw a huge crowd in a single line (queue) waiting to see a young lady! As I was finding my way to go back to my hotel room, the lady suddenly called me: “Hey Mr! Can I see you?” I was shocked! Out of curiosity, I went to her. She immediately grabbed my palm and looked at it and said: “Oh congratulations! Your family has long life.” She then mentioned a particular age of life expectancy in my family. I was shocked again because my father had just died around the age she mentioned and he was in the morgue! She then gave me her card and asked me to see her the next day in her office!

I NEVER WENT! But do you know that many believers would have jumped at that opportunity to go and HEAR FROM GOD? Oh! Shame! I did not go because I knew that there is something called THE SPIRIT OF DIVINATION; this spirit can speak through people and tell you your future! Such people can see your enemies too! They can even prophesy and you would think THEY ARE FROM GOD!

I am led to write this today, BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY FALSE CHURCHES/PROPHETS TODAY! They see visions for you and make you feel that you are INFERIOR to them! They see visions every week and DIRECT YOUR LIFE/MINISTRY! In fact, they take you to a place where you become DEPENDENT ON THEM AND YOU CANNOT HEAR FROM GOD YOURSELF AGAIN!

That was why Paul rebuked the lady in today’s scripture even though she seemed to be telling the truth! BE WARNED! NOT EVERYONE who prophesies to you is from God! YES! NOT EVERY SEER IS FROM GOD! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

PRAYER POINTS: Take Song 1: Tis so sweet to trust…

1. In your own words, pray about today’s word as led.

2. I scatter every spirit of DIVINATION and break their hold over me in Jesus name (Pray it seriously for three days).

3. I decree that I shall not run to ELI or men/women to hear the voice of God. I shall hear His voice by myself because I am
His sheep!

4. Decree that you will not seek for others to hear for you. Cancel ANY SATANIC PLAN TO MAKE YOU A SLAVE to soothsayers or DIVINATORS that are in the church!

5. I am His sheep! Cancel any plan to make you lazy in your QUIET TIME! Decree that your spirit man will grow and you
will hear the voice of the Shepherd!

6. Pray about today and cancel every BAD NEWS TODAY!
