TOPIC: THE MAN THAT GOD USES OR THE GOD THAT MAN USES?-II

From yesterday’s devotional, the Holy Ghost made you to know that some of the greatest fraud on earth today, occur in the church – THOSE WHO USE THE NAME OF THE LORD FOR EVIL OR SCAM! You can either be the man/woman that God uses or you can turn GOD into an “object” that man uses!

Use today’s devotional to check yourself! Do you know that some people only fast and pray when they are in the war front of life? Such people are using GOD anyhow to fulfill their personal desires! Yes! There are people – ONCE THEIR TESTIMONIES SHOW UP, they become dry and stale spiritually; they forget their daily quiet time and even forget their sacrificial holy living! They forget church and become big “aunties and uncles” in the LORD!

Do you know that such people, EVEN THEIR PASTORS, CANNOT CORRECT THEM AGAIN? Wow! Oh! Make up your mind NEVER TO TURN GOD into a person you can just use and dump! Let your endof-year FIRE become AGLOW again! Some other people misuse the name of God for financial gain/reward. They collect money to pray for people, they ask for money to fast on behalf of someone else, they pray over water, oil and some other objects and ask people to come and buy or pay some money for such.

In other words, they commercialize the gospel. Such people are using God or His name to do evil! Today’s scripture refers to them as people whose God is their belly. They are using God, rather than God using them. Imagine someone sacrificing people in the name of God (see yesterday’s devotional). That is nothing else but Satanism. Run away from anywhere the name of God is abused! They are men and women using God, rather than God using them. Pray now!

2. Father, preserve me and my family from those who use Your name to do evil.
3. O Lord, let the fire of true repentance and revival come upon me and Your church.
4. I will not use God for miracles! I shall fall in genuine love with the LORD again! I shall pray more and know Him more in His Word! Lord, REVIVE ME again!
5. I command every end-of-year witchcraft; CATCH FIRE in
Jesus name.
6. Pray about today seriously now and any other issue(s) affecting your peace!
